All brides to be wants to look perfect on their wedding which turns out to be the most important day of their life so they are really anxious about the weight loss and What they should eat? What they shouldn’t eat? What they should do? What they shouldn’t?
First and foremost you should always plan the weight loss journey. Suppose you have 10 kg to go then plan for 5 months and if 5 kg to go then plan 3 months in advance.
It’s a big NO NO for crash dieting. Never ever go for crash dieting with pills or liquid diet or high protein diet. As Sometimes tends to give you lots of hair fall and bad skin also the weight you lose because of crash dieting all comes back very quickly and also your immunity dwindle.
Now how to lose weight correctly?
Know that Dieting is the only game where you win when you lose. So definitely you should go to nutritionist and take guidance as you take guidance for your clothes, jewelry like wise take advise for your health as well as.
You should make sure that you exercise along with your dieting, weight loss process. As once you exercise you will only lose fat and secure your muscles. And remember girls Dieting makes you look good in clothes; Exercise makes you look good naked.
Your weight loss journey should end 15 days before your wedding. So those 15 days you can take care of your skin, sleep enough. Also start dancing so there is lots of exercise. And most importantly avoid taking excess amount of alcohol which will give you puffiness and acne and that off course you don’t want it.
You should include a good amount of antioxidant fruits, proteins, vitamins in your diet and make sure you are having enough liquids so that your skin stays hydrated otherwise on the wedding day and previous days there is so much of light on you because of camera the skin tends to loss water.
